2. Hosting and server log files
Our website is hosted by 1blu GmbH, Riedemannweg 60, 13627 Berlin, Germany. When you visit it, your browser automatically transmits data to the server, including your IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser details. The host stores access statistics with shortened IP addresses for one calendar month. IP addresses of server requests are stored to defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation of the website). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
3. Security
To protect against attacks we use a security plugin. It checks requests for abuse and processes IP addresses on our server for this purpose (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No data is passed on to third parties in the process.
4. Cookies, tracking and third-party content
We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising and do not use tracking services. To store your language choice, a technically necessary cookie (pll_language) is set. It contains only the language code, expires after 12 months and does not require consent (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). Fonts and all content are loaded from our own server. No third-party content is embedded.
5. Links to other websites
We link to our projects, such as yeo-ol.de and ole-vas.de. When you click, you leave our website. The privacy policies of the respective sites apply to data processing there.
6. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required and no retention obligations apply. With email, access by third parties cannot be ruled out.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR). Please contact mail@oldenburger.events. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony (Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen).
